Eligiflow provides tools to retrieve eligibility information. We do not verify the accuracy of insurance carrier responses, nor do we guarantee the completeness of benefits information returned by payers.

Regular security monitoring

However, no system is completely secure. You must maintain your own security measures and notify us promptly of any suspected security breach.

If you use Eligiflow to process Protected Health Information (PHI):

We are prepared to enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) upon request

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Customer Data (eligibility results) may be retained for a limited period to provide historical reference. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
