Important: This Privacy Policy does not apply to the patient data or healthcare information ("Customer Data") processed, stored, or transmitted by our customers using our services. Customers retain full control and responsibility for their Customer Data.

- You are responsible for restricting access to eligibility information to authorized personnel only
Eligiflow provides tools to retrieve eligibility information. We do not verify the accuracy of insurance carrier responses, nor do we guarantee the completeness of benefits information returned by payers.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest
- Secure credential storage
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security monitoring
However, no system is completely secure. You must maintain your own security measures and notify us promptly of any suspected security breach.
6. HIPAA and Protected Health Information
If you use Eligiflow to process Protected Health Information (PHI):
- You must ensure you have proper authorization to access and use such information
- You must restrict access to the minimum necessary for eligibility verification purposes
- We are prepared to enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) upon request
